3-Ingredient Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies 

 Ingredients:

  1. Red Velvet Cake Mix (1 box)
  2. Eggs (2)
  3. Vegetable Oil (1/2 cup)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth, velvety batter. 

Using a tablespoon, cookie scoop or your hands, portion out small rounds of dough roll them into a ball and roll them in sanding sugar or powdered sugar. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Leave some space between each cookie to allow for spreading during baking. Pop them into the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are set.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes then press chocolate candies onto the tops while theyre still warm. Cool completely before transferring them to a plate or air tight container.
